- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the ranch dressing mix and sour cream together until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top of everything.
- Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For longer storage, freeze and thaw before reheating.
