- 4 potatoes, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, followed by the cooked ground beef.
- Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the layers and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add vegetables like onions or bell peppers. To achieve a crispy top, broil the casserole for a few minutes after cooking.
