Instructions
- Prepare the cauliflower by cutting it into uniform bite-sized florets.
- Make the batter by whisking together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the cauliflower in the batter, ensuring each piece is fully coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and lightly spray the basket with cooking spray. Air fry the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- While the cauliflower cooks, combine the buffalo sauce with the melted butter.
- Once cooked, toss the cauliflower in the buffalo sauce mixture until well-coated.
- Serve hot, with dipping sauces like ranch or blue cheese, and crunchy celery sticks.
