Ingredients
Scale
- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pat the salmon fillets dry.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
- Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over the fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush the salmon with the remaining glaze.
- Return the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
- Once done, let it rest for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
