Amazing Texas Roadhouse Salmon

A delicious and simple salmon dish with sweet and savory flavors, perfect for any meal.

  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and pat the salmon fillets dry.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place the salmon on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over the fillets.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and brush the salmon with the remaining glaze.
  5. Return the salmon to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  6. Once done, let it rest for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the glaze. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
