- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup diced potatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onions over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- In a baking dish, combine the browned beef, diced potatoes, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and mixed vegetables if using.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
Feel free to customize the mixed vegetables and drain the fat from the beef to avoid a greasy dish. For added flavor, consider mixing in garlic powder or onion powder with the beef. You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
