Apple & Goat Cheese Croissant Sandwiches

Ingredients

  • 2 Croissants
  • 1 medium Apple, thinly sliced
  • 4 oz Goat Cheese, softened
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
  • Fresh Arugula (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half horizontally.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the goat cheese, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Spread the goat cheese mixture on the bottom half of each croissant.
  5. Layer the apple slices on top of the goat cheese.
  6. Add fresh arugula if desired.
  7. Top with the other half of the croissant.
  8. Place the sandwiches on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for about 5-7 minutes.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh croissants for the best texture. Feel free to adjust the amount of honey and cinnamon to suit your taste.
