Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime (juiced)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Rub Cajun seasoning over the salmon fillets, ensuring they are well coated.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. While the salmon is baking, prepare the avocado lime sauce by blending the avocado, lime juice, sour cream or Greek yogurt, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  6. Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and serve topped with the creamy avocado lime sauce.

Notes

For best flavor, make sure to coat the salmon evenly with Cajun seasoning. Use ripe avocados for a creamy sauce.
