- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 8 oz feta cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a baking dish, combine orzo, feta, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in 3 cups of water and stir to combine.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the orzo is tender and the feta is golden.
- Remove from the oven, stir well, and garnish with fresh basil before serving.
Notes
Perfect as a standalone dish or a side. Can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge.
