- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1–2 tablespoons sriracha (to taste)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until smooth. Set aside.
- Season the Chicken: In a large bowl, season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Thread the Chicken onto Skewers: Place seasoned chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat your grill over medium-high heat.
- Grill the Skewers: Cook skewers on the grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Apply the Bang Bang Sauce: Brush the Bang Bang sauce onto the skewers during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Serve: Remove skewers from the grill, serve hot with extra Bang Bang sauce on the side.
Notes
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning on the grill. Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your spice preference.
