  • 810 Mini slider buns
  • 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce
  • Lettuce leaves (for topping)
  • Sliced cucumbers (for topping)
  • Chopped green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Remove the chicken from the heat, let it rest for a few minutes, and then shred it or slice it.
  5. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing some of the Bang Bang chicken on each mini bun.
  7. Top with lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and chopped green onions.

Notes
