- 1 lb Chicken breasts

- 8–10 Mini slider buns
- 1/2 cup Bang Bang sauce
- Lettuce leaves (for topping)
- Sliced cucumbers (for topping)
- Chopped green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken from the heat, let it rest for a few minutes, and then shred it or slice it.
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the Bang Bang sauce until well coated.
- Assemble the sliders by placing some of the Bang Bang chicken on each mini bun.
- Top with lettuce, sliced cucumbers, and chopped green onions.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the Bang Bang sauce for a few hours before cooking. You can use shrimp or tofu as a substitute for chicken.
