Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the protein powder until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M’s, and mini marshmallows if using.
- Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
