Monster Cookie Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup M&M’s or similar candies
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the oats, peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Stir in the protein powder until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips, M&M’s, and mini marshmallows if using.
  4. Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  5. Once chilled, form the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter).
  6. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes

For smoother mixing, ensure peanut butter is smooth. Customize with additional mix-ins like nuts or dried fruits as desired.
