  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 8 sliders 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/4 cup pickles, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Slider buns

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard.
  5. Layer bottom halves of the slider buns in a greased baking dish.
  6. Spread the beef mixture on the buns, then layer with cheese, lettuce, pickles, and onions.
  7. Spread the sauce mixture on the top halves of the buns and place them on top of the sliders.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the sliders are heated through and the cheese is melted.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy at your gathering!

Notes

Cook the beef just until browned to keep it tender. Don’t skip on the sauce; it adds flavor to the sliders!
