- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill pickles
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- ½ cup finely chopped onion
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Dill pickle slices (optional)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder to prepare the special sauce. Set aside.
- In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft. Then, add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and fully cooked.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a plate. Spread some special sauce onto the tortilla. Add a portion of the cooked beef, followed by shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and dill pickle slices if desired.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom. Cut the wrap in half and serve with extra special sauce for dipping.
Notes
Best served fresh but can be stored separately in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
