- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- Salt to taste
- Cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through. Remove chicken from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot; stir-fry until just tender.
- Return the chicken to the pan.
- Add soy sauce, black pepper, and oyster sauce; stir everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve hot over cooked rice.
Notes
For extra crunch, use fresh vegetables like snap peas or baby corn. You can also garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds.
