- 1 pie crust
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and layer the chopped turkey bacon, halved cherry tomatoes, and shredded cheese on the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture on top of the layers, then evenly sprinkle the shredded lettuce on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
- Let the quiche cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a meatless version, substitute turkey bacon with sautéed mushrooms and bell peppers.
