- 1 pie crust
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir in the chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the egg mixture into the crust.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
For a crisper crust, blind bake the pie crust for about 10 minutes before adding the filling. Feel free to add other vegetables for more flavor.
