Broccoli Cheddar Quiche

A delightful quiche combining eggs, broccoli, and cheddar cheese, perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Stir in the chopped broccoli and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the egg mixture into the crust.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the quiche is set and golden on top.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a crisper crust, blind bake the pie crust for about 10 minutes before adding the filling. Feel free to add other vegetables for more flavor.
