Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls

Crunchy egg rolls filled with spicy buffalo chicken, cheeses, and ranch seasoning, perfect for a snack or appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon ranch seasoning
  • 10 egg roll wrappers
  • Oil (for frying, if desired)
  • Cooking spray (for air frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until well mixed.
  2. Lay out egg roll wrappers and place a small amount of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides in and roll tightly to seal.
  4. If air frying, preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C), spray the egg rolls with cooking spray, and cook for about 10-12 minutes or until crispy.
  5. If frying, heat oil in a deep pan and fry the egg rolls until golden brown.

Notes

Serve hot with extra buffalo sauce and ranch dressing on the side for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
