- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 8 small flour tortillas
- Oil for frying
- Blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese.
- Place a few tablespoons of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla and roll them up tightly.
- In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat.
- Fry the taquitos until golden and crispy on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with blue cheese or ranch dressing for dipping.
Notes
For extra crunch, try baking the taquitos instead of frying them. Brush with oil and bake at 400°F (200°C) for about 15-20 minutes.
