Ingredients

- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hamburger buns
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
- Add the onion and green bell pepper, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Add the ground chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in the Cajun seasoning, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes until heated through.
- Serve the mixture on hamburger buns and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra heat, add more Cajun seasoning or hot sauce. Can use ground turkey or beef as alternatives.
