Ingredients

- 1 pound shrimp, deveined
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Season the shrimp and salmon with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the salmon fillets. Cook until they are cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the skillet, add the minced garlic. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return the shrimp and salmon to the skillet, coating them in the creamy sauce.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Serve over rice, pasta, or with steamed vegetables. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days.
