- 1 pound steak tips
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning and salt.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Meanwhile, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet with the steak, lower the heat and add heavy cream. Stir well.
- Gradually add Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and mix well to combine.
- Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.
Notes
For a seafood twist, replace steak tips with shrimp and season similarly. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat with a splash of cream or water.
