Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning and salt.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet with the steak, lower the heat and add heavy cream. Stir well.
  5. Gradually add Parmesan cheese while stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and mix well to combine.
  7. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a seafood twist, replace steak tips with shrimp and season similarly. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat with a splash of cream or water.
