- 1 lb steak tips
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add heavy cream and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Mix in the cooked rigatoni and add the steak tips back into the skillet.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
Make sure to let the steak tips rest after cooking for better flavor and tenderness. You can adjust the Cajun seasoning to suit your taste.
