Cajun Steak Tips with Cheesy Rigatoni

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Gradually add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
  6. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
