- 1 lb Cajun-seasoned steak tips
- 8 oz rigatoni pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the Cajun-seasoned steak tips to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
- Gradually add in the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. This dish can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
