- 12 oz rigatoni pasta

Instructions
- Cook the rigatoni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the Cajun steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your preference, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
- Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Gradually mix in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, use chicken breast instead of steak or whole wheat pasta. Add vegetables like spinach for added nutrition.
