- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared dish to form the crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Fold in diced apples and cinnamon.
- Pour the filling over the crust and spread evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce on top and swirl with a knife.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until set.
- Allow to cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
For extra flavor, drizzle more caramel sauce on each piece before serving. You can also sprinkle some chopped nuts or whipped cream on top.
