- 2 large chicken breasts, diced
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Ensure the chicken is evenly coated.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat, add the seasoned chicken, and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat and cool slightly.
- Lay the tortillas on a flat surface, spread creamy garlic sauce over each, and evenly distribute the cooked chicken. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps, then grill in the same pan for 2-3 minutes on each side until cheese melts and tortillas are golden.
- Remove from the pan, cut each wrap in half, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in olive oil and spices for a few hours. Can be made vegetarian by substituting chicken with veggies or beans.
