- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken and garlic aioli. Stir until the chicken is well coated.
- Add in the cheddar cheese, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Lay the large tortillas flat on a clean surface. Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas, placing it in the center of each.
- Fold the sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll them tightly from the bottom up.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook each wrap seam-side down for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and toast the other side.
- Once crispy and the cheese is melted, remove from the heat. Allow to cool for a minute, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
You can swap garlic aioli for regular mayo mixed with minced garlic if needed. Experiment with different cheeses or add sautéed veggies for variations.
