- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1/2 cup garlic aioli
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 4 large tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, garlic aioli, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a microwave or on a skillet.
- Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of a warmed tortilla, fold in the sides, and roll tightly from the bottom up. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- For extra crispiness, grill the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Slice the wraps in half diagonally and serve.
Notes
You can customize the wraps by adding fresh veggies or different types of cheese. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 days or frozen for up to 2 months.
