- 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
- 6 pieces Kaiser rolls (or more if needed)
- 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz)
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted
- 3–4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Season the chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, along with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-8 minutes until fully cooked. Set aside.
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil, add pasta, and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Slice off the tops of the Kaiser rolls carefully and hollow out the centers.
- Combine melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning and brush the mixture inside the hollowed-out bread bowls.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the rolls for about 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
- In a large bowl, mix drained pasta, Alfredo sauce, and cooked chicken until well combined.
- Fill the toasted bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture and top with shredded parmesan cheese.
- Return the filled bread bowls to the oven for another 4-5 minutes until the cheese melts.
- Serve hot, optionally garnishing with fresh parsley or red pepper flakes.
Notes
For added nutrition, consider including vegetables like broccoli or spinach. Experiment with different cheeses for variety.
