- 1 lb Chicken breast
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, cut into wedges
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken until cooked through and juices run clear.
- Slice the grilled chicken.
- Warm corn tortillas in a skillet.
- Assemble tacos by placing sliced chicken on tortillas and topping with diced onion and cilantro.
- Squeeze fresh lime over the top before serving.
Notes
Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor. You can use a grill pan if you don’t have an outdoor grill.
