Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken breast
  • 8 Corn tortillas
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, cut into wedges
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill the chicken until cooked through and juices run clear.
  3. Slice the grilled chicken.
  4. Warm corn tortillas in a skillet.
  5. Assemble tacos by placing sliced chicken on tortillas and topping with diced onion and cilantro.
  6. Squeeze fresh lime over the top before serving.

Notes

Marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes for better flavor. You can use a grill pan if you don’t have an outdoor grill.
