- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk and yeast, then let it sit for 5 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, crushed cookies, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Add melted butter and the yeast mixture, then stir until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, then let it rise in a warm place until it doubles in size, about 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface, spread cream cheese over it, and sprinkle mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough into a log, slice it into rolls, and place them in a greased baking pan.

- Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and sprinkle with extra cookie crumbles before serving.
