- 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pudding for an hour to thicken.
- When ready to enjoy, serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries if desired.
Notes
Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamy texture. Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup according to taste.
