Cinnamon Apple Grape Salad

A refreshing and sweet salad that blends the crispness of apples, the sweetness of grapes, and the crunch of toasted nuts, all drizzled with a honey and cinnamon dressing.

  • Total Time: 15 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 medium apples, diced
  • 2 cups red grapes, halved
  • 1 cup pecans or walnuts, toasted and chopped
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toast the nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring frequently for 3-5 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
  2. Wash the apples and grapes; dice the apples and halve the grapes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the diced apples and halved grapes, tossing immediately with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. In a small bowl, mix honey, ground cinnamon, and sea salt until well combined. If necessary, warm the honey for easier drizzling.
  5. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and add the toasted nuts. Toss gently to coat.
  6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours. Garnish with an extra sprinkle of cinnamon and whole nuts if desired.

Notes

For best flavor, use a mix of sweet and tart apples. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days, but it’s best enjoyed fresh.
