- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 2 large eggs (room temperature)
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup melted butter (cooled)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a loaf pan with butter or cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and melted butter.
- Gradually add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve warm with butter or dust with powdered sugar. Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
