- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar (or a sugar substitute)
- Cooking spray or coconut oil
Instructions
- Slice the bananas thinly into even rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
- Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or coconut oil.
- Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.
- Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Store banana chips in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. For longer storage, refrigerate but note possible loss of crispiness.
