Cinnamon-Sugar Air Fryer Banana Chips

Delightful and healthy cinnamon-sugar banana chips made in an air fryer for a guilt-free snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or a sugar substitute)
  • Cooking spray or coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Slice the bananas thinly into even rounds.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or coconut oil.
  4. Place the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  5. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the banana slices.
  6. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy.
  7. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Store banana chips in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. For longer storage, refrigerate but note possible loss of crispiness.
