- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the shredded chicken and frozen vegetables, cooking until the vegetables are heated through.
- Stir in the cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta and stir to combine.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cook until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for a quicker option. Customize the vegetables based on your preference. For a thicker sauce, let it simmer longer before adding pasta.
