Instructions
- Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce, tossing everything together to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy your homemade chow mein!
Notes
Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds for extra flavor. Pairs well with soy sauce or chili sauce on the side.
