Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Cook chow mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles and soy sauce, tossing everything together to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
