- 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (for folding in and topping)
- 28 mini chocolate sandwich cookies (for topping)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until all crumbs are coated.
- Portion the crumb mixture into 28 small plastic cups and press down to create a solid base.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla; whip until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the crushed cookies for added texture.
- Use a piping bag to fill the cups with the cookies and cream mixture up to ¾ full.
- Top each cup with a mini chocolate sandwich cookie or cookie crumbs.
- Seal the cups and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
Great for individual servings or as a party dessert. Can be garnished with additional whipped cream or chocolate sauce.
