Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed chocolate sandwich cookies
  • ¼ cup butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups heavy cream
  • ½ cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (for folding in and topping)
  • 28 mini chocolate sandwich cookies (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies with melted butter until all crumbs are coated.
  2. Portion the crumb mixture into 28 small plastic cups and press down to create a solid base.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar, mixing until smooth.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and vanilla; whip until light and fluffy.
  5. Gently fold in the crushed cookies for added texture.
  6. Use a piping bag to fill the cups with the cookies and cream mixture up to ¾ full.
  7. Top each cup with a mini chocolate sandwich cookie or cookie crumbs.
  8. Seal the cups and chill in the refrigerator before serving.
