  • Total Time: 70 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can corn (drained)
  • 1 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced jalapeños (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortilla chips (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and green onions.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors blend together.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.

Notes

Use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream for a richer flavor. Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
