Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Stir in the drained corn, shredded cheddar cheese, diced jalapeños, and green onions.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well.
- Transfer to a serving dish and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour to let the flavors blend together.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Use full-fat cream cheese and sour cream for a richer flavor. Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
