- 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
- Seasonings of your choice (optional)
- Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the sheet, giving each one some space.
- Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon to form small discs.
- Sprinkle your chosen seasonings or Parmesan cheese on top.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden and crisp.
- Let them cool before serving.
- Microwave Method:
- Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the plate, leaving space between each one.
- Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle with your preferred seasonings or Parmesan cheese.
- Microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes or until the chips are firm and cooked through.
- Allow them to cool before enjoying.
Notes
To keep leftover chips crispy, store them in a container that is not completely airtight.
