Cottage Cheese Chips

Cottage Cheese Chips are a tasty, high-protein snack that can be easily customized with your favorite seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (256g) whole milk small curd cottage cheese (4% milkfat)
  • Seasonings of your choice (optional)
  • Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the sheet, giving each one some space.
  4. Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon to form small discs.
  5. Sprinkle your chosen seasonings or Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Bake for about 20-25 minutes or until they are golden and crisp.
  7. Let them cool before serving.
  8. Microwave Method:
  9. Line a microwave-safe plate with parchment paper.
  10. Drop spoonfuls of cottage cheese onto the plate, leaving space between each one.
  11. Flatten each spoonful with the back of a spoon.
  12. Sprinkle with your preferred seasonings or Parmesan cheese.
  13. Microwave on high for about 2-3 minutes or until the chips are firm and cooked through.
  14. Allow them to cool before enjoying.

Notes

To keep leftover chips crispy, store them in a container that is not completely airtight.
