Cowboy Butter Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic, parsley, chives, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; stir well to combine.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the cowboy butter sauce over them.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
  5. Serve the chicken drizzled with extra cowboy butter sauce.

Notes

For spicier flavor, add cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes. Fresh herbs create a brighter taste.
