Cranberry Cream Cheese Crescent Bites

Delightful cranberry cream cheese bites wrapped in flaky crescent dough, perfect for gatherings and celebrations.

  • Total Time: 28 minutes
  • Yield: 8 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease or line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each triangle into the muffin cups, covering the bottom and sides.
  5. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each dough cup, then top with 1 teaspoon of whole berry cranberry sauce.
  6. Optional: sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest on top.
  7. Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize the topping by using nuts or different fruits. If you don’t have a mini muffin tin, you can roll the dough into small balls and bake on a baking sheet.
