- 1 can crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- Optional: chopped pecans or orange zest for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease or line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and cut each triangle in half. Press each triangle into the muffin cups, covering the bottom and sides.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the cream cheese filling into each dough cup, then top with 1 teaspoon of whole berry cranberry sauce.
- Optional: sprinkle with chopped pecans or orange zest on top.
- Bake for 11 to 13 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
Feel free to customize the topping by using nuts or different fruits. If you don’t have a mini muffin tin, you can roll the dough into small balls and bake on a baking sheet.
