Creamy Chicken Pasta Crockpot

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of cooked pasta
  • 2 cups of diced chicken breast
  • 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1 cup of grated cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a crockpot, combine the diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir to combine all the ingredients well.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  4. In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the cooked pasta and grated cheese to the mixture.
  5. Stir gently until the cheese has melted.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add peas or spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking. Using rotisserie chicken saves time; just shred it when adding the pasta and cheese. Adjust cheese amounts to taste.
