- 2 cups of cooked pasta
- 2 cups of diced chicken breast
- 1 cup of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a crockpot, combine the diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all the ingredients well.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-360 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the cooked pasta and grated cheese to the mixture.
- Stir gently until the cheese has melted.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For extra flavor, add peas or spinach in the last 30 minutes of cooking. Using rotisserie chicken saves time; just shred it when adding the pasta and cheese. Adjust cheese amounts to taste.
