Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen

A comforting dish that combines tender chicken, rich cream, and savory ramen for a quick weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 packs ramen noodles
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
  4. In the same pot, add chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  5. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  6. While noodles are cooking, shred the cooked chicken.
  7. Add the heavy cream, soy sauce, spinach, and mushrooms to the pot. Stir to combine.
  8. Return the shredded chicken to the pot and let everything simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  10. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the amount of garlic based on your preference. For extra protein, consider adding an egg on top when serving.
