- 8 oz whole wheat pasta
- 1 lb lean chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup Greek yogurt

Instructions
- Cook whole wheat pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add diced chicken, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant.
- Stir in Greek yogurt and Parmesan cheese until well combined and creamy.
- If using, add spinach and cook until wilted.
- Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken and sauce mixture until evenly coated.
- Serve warm, garnished with additional Parmesan if desired.
Notes
Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Customize with additional vegetables like bell peppers or mushrooms for extra nutrition.
