Instructions
- Boil the baby potatoes in salted water until tender.
- In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream to the pan and stir to combine.
- Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Drain the cooked potatoes and add them to the garlic sauce, tossing to coat.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the garlic as it can become bitter. For an added kick, consider adding red pepper flakes to the sauce. Use small, evenly sized baby potatoes for consistent cooking.
