- 1 package gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the crumbled feta cheese until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked gnocchi into the skillet and toss to coat.
- Serve warm and enjoy your creamy gnocchi!
Notes
To store leftovers, keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator and consume within 2-3 days. Add a little milk or cream when reheating if the sauce thickens.
