  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 150g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts down, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese. Continue to stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Stir well, ensuring every piece is coated with the sauce.
  6. Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with optional Parmesan cheese on top.

Notes

For a beautiful presentation, consider garnishing with extra crumbled feta and fresh herbs. Pair with a salad or garlic bread for a complete meal.
