- 1 package gnocchi
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 150g feta cheese, crumbled

Instructions
- Boil water and cook the gnocchi according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Toss in the fresh spinach and cook until it wilts down, about 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in the heavy cream and crumbled feta cheese. Continue to stir until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes creamy.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet. Stir well, ensuring every piece is coated with the sauce.
- Finish by seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm with optional Parmesan cheese on top.
