- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Drizzle with olive oil and cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or jalapeños to the mix. You can customize by using different types of cheese or substituting chicken with ground turkey or beef.
