Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese and chicken broth together with the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded chicken, chopped broccoli, and riced cauliflower until everything is well-coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is bubbling.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
